At Nourished Wellness Group, you’re not just part of a practice; you’re part of a community that prioritizes both professional and personal well-being.

Our founder, Dr. Kelly Vincent, started her own private practice in 2018, specializing in supporting women struggling with anxiety, trauma, chronic nervous system dysregulation, and life transitions. Outside of her practice, she began developing courses, workshops, and an online holistic hub called Studio Nourished for the community and the clients we serve. If you are interested in learning how to build out additional income streams, she is happy to help coach and support you. Since then, our practice has grown into a holistic group practice, Nourished Wellness Group. And we are so excited to grow our team!
